INGREDIENTS
250 g or 2 cups Fattis and Monis Pasta rice Rissoni
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
½ cup chopped robot peppers
1 teaspoon tumeric (hayder)
2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
salt as required for boiling pasta rice
Wellingtons sweet chilli sauce
METHOD
Boil pasta rice in salted water till done (must not be mushy). Drain and leave aside. Heat some oil in a pot and add mixed veges; peppers and all spices.Braise for a bit then mix in cooked pasta rice. Before serving add 2 big serving spoons of Wellington sweet chilli sauce and mix.
