RECIPE
Kima puri 1 ¼ cup flour ½ teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Warm milk to make soft dough.
Ready made samoosa mince or chicken filling.
Roll out. Cut into rounds. Fill. Fold in ½. Seal well. Dip in egg and fry till golden.
