INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour1 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon butter/ghee (Clarified butter)¼ cup sour milk
METHOD
Mix flour with butter / ghee (Clarified butter), salt and baking powder till it forms breadcrumbs. Add in sour milk and milk to bind into a soft dough. Knead dough till smooth and cover in plastic. Let it rest for half an hour. Roll out, form into puris and deep fry in hot oil till puris puffs up. I do not have a recipe for Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
as I had bought them.
