2 cups flour2 level teaspoon Baking powder1 level teaspoon salt½ teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)Rub in 2 tablespoon melted butter or ghee (Clarified butter)To the flourAdd 2 teaspoon baking powderLittle chopped green dhania (coriander)1 finely chopped green chilli (optional)Mix to the doughAdd ¼ cup yoghurtNow add warm water (u can mix milk and water if u want )Make a soft doughRoll out cut in squares or roundsFry in medium hot oilShould be light creamy in colour
