INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour1 teaspoon baking powderPinch of saltA tablespoon butterWarm milk to form dough
METHOD
Sift Flour, Baking powder and salt.Add butter and rub in between your fingers to form crumbsCombine with warm milk. I like to add ¼ cup at a time so as to not add to much liquid. You want a nice soft but not too sticky dough.
Roll out, cut and fry in hot oil
