Banana Puri 3 Ways

INGREDIENTS

-Banana puri recipe (Red Indian Delights - Page 348)
For Toppings:-elmea(uk) or Woolworth's (sa) double thick cream-¼ cup chopped Turkish delights-½-1 teaspoon rose syrup-chopped Turkish delights for decorating-chopped peanuts for decorating -sliced coloured almonds for decorating -Nutella(melted)-¼ cup ready made burfee

METHOD

1.)seperate the banana puri into 3 portions.
2.)spread melted Nutella and crushed peanuts on portion 1.
3.)melt the burfee with +- 5tblspns cream on low heat,leave to cool ... Then spread or drizzle over portion 2 and sprinkle coloured almonds.
4.)melt the ¼ cup of Turkish delight with +-5tblspns cream on low heat,leave to cool then add the rose syrup and mix ... spread over or drizzle over portion 3 and decorate with chopped Turkish delights.
5.)sprinkle edible glitter if desired.
