INGREDIENTS
2 cups cake flour/all purpose flour60 grams butter3 green chillies crushed(not crushed fine)2 level teaspoon crushed garlic½ teaspoon crushed cumin(Jeeru (Cumin))1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon sesame seeds1 teaspoon sugar3 tablespoon chopped Fenugreek leaves(Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach))½ teaspoon black pepper¼ teaspoon turmeric powder(if it's not too strong then add ½ teaspoon)
METHOD
Mix everything nicely, rub in the butter & make dough with warm milk ... Make marble size balls, roll round(don't roll very thin nor very thick) & make 2-3 slits in the middle ...Fry on medium to low heat till very light brown ... Make a mixture of spices to sprinkle on top :½ cup castor sugar-1 tablespoon paprika flakes-Pinch chilli powder-½ teaspoon salt-1 heaped teaspoon sesame seeds
Mix well, sprinkle on the puri's as soon as they are done frying, so it can stick on the puri & Enjoy them when they cool😋
