Dough:2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch salt2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Room temp milk 2 make a soft dough. Roll out. Cut small disks. Put prepared samoosa mince. Seal as ½ moon. Dip in egg and fry till golden.
Samoosa mince Braise 1 kg chicken mince break up as it cooks. Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon ground green chillies 3 processed onions squeeze out water.Pinch arad (Turmeric).Cook till dry.Cool Add in chopped dhania (coriander)
