½ kg chicken mince washed and drained Add to pot. Break up as it cooks. Add in 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 onion very finely diced Cook till dry and moisture has evaporated Allow to cool. Add in chopped dhania (coriander) and phudina Set aside.

1½ cup flour 2tbl ghee (Clarified butter)½ teaspoon baking powder Milk 2 make soft dough (room temp)Roll out dough.Cut with a glass or big cutter.Fill with mince seal as ½ moon.Dip in beaten egg and fry till golden
Serve with chutneys of choice
