🌿 Green ChutneyBlend together:
Fresh coriander
Mint leaves
Green chillies
Salt
Lemon juice
2 blocks of ice

🥔 Potato FillingMash together:
2 boiled potatoes
Salt
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Pinch ajwain (carom seeds)
Chopped onion
Fresh coriander

🍯 Sweet Yoghurt
Yoghurt sweetened with sugar

🪷 Assembly
1. Take fried puris and make a small hole in the centre.
2. Add the potato filling.
3. Top with green chutney, sweet tamarind (imli (tamerine)) sauce, and sweetened yoghurt.
4. Garnish with onion, sliced green chillies, and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
Serve immediately so the puris stay crispy!
