I figured why not..since klim roti is in fashion
2 cups All purpose flour..I use Supreme flour
2 tablespoon Klim milk powder
2 teaspoon butter
Half teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking Powder
About 250 ml mixed milk and maas
Enuf to bind soft dough
Oil to fry
METHOD
Rub in the butter into the dry ingredients
Bind the dough with the milk and maas mix
Knead the dough till smooth
Rest few minutes
Devide dough into small balls for round
Or bigger parts to cut up
Dont roll too thin
Heat oil and fry
Drain on paper towel
It was absolutely delicious
The Klim powder gave a better taste
Not soggy at all
Not oily
