2 cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon butter
Sift dry ingredients and rub in butter to resemble breadcrumbs.
Add sourmilk to make soft dough (+-1heaped cup).
Keep in fridge until ready to roll and fry.(Can make dough in the morning and fry in the evening)
Don't roll too thin.
Make sure oil is hot.
(Once fried these puris can be slit and filled.
Soft,non oily and opens up like balloons)
