INGREDIENTS
                      Dough
1 small tin nestle cream 
½ øf 125gr butter  
2 teaspoon baking powder 
1 egg 
1 cup milk 
Flour as needed
Filling: of choice
                    
METHOD
                      Make 15 balls. Then roll into saucer size take a pot lid put  a plastic on top øf it add melted ghee (Clarified butter) and maizena (corn flour) now add  1 roti then put ghee (Clarified butter) and maizena (corn flour) on top øf roti. repeat this and make 3 stakes øf 5 rotis ending ghee (Clarified butter) and maizena (corn flour). When done put in freezer for about 5 minutes. Now roll each one big like rectangle then ghee (Clarified butter) and maizena (corn flour) on top roll like a Swiss roll. Cut in to med size or as desired.
when filling it  put a slice øf tomato on top øf the filling on each roti and put little water around the roti 4 it too stick  other roti on as a lid. Add little ghee (Clarified butter) on them and nw bake on 180 till golden brown.
