I made something today but I didn't take a pic. So I'm posting it here as a suggestion and perhaps some master chefs or anyone else can improve on this dish in sha Allah.
Someone gave me squid heads and tentacles from Woolies. I just butter fried with garlic, salt, pepper and kept it aside. I stir fried some veggies: onions, a tomato, 5 baby radishes, red and yellow pepper, shalaat...
Boiled some spaghetti. Made a fake soy sauce with vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce and black pepper.
Mixed it all together. It was a little drier that I wanted but it turned out ok.
So what was this? And who has made similar? And how can I improve?
