Assalamo alaikom, Akhawaatee

I made something today but I didn't take a pic. So I'm posting it here as a suggestion and perhaps some master chefs or anyone else can improve on this dish in sha Allah.

Someone gave me squid heads and tentacles from Woolies. I just butter fried with garlic, salt, pepper and kept it aside. I stir fried some veggies: onions, a tomato, 5 baby radishes, red and yellow pepper, shalaat...

Boiled some spaghetti. Made a fake soy sauce with vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce and black pepper.

Mixed it all together. It was a little drier that I wanted but it turned out ok.

So what was this? And who has made similar? And how can I improve?

Barallahu fikunna. Looking forward to some insightful replies in sha Allah.

@Feeding The Family - Can also make some with a mixture of dates, butter and cinnamon. As a filling. Just heat then all up until it's mushy then add as a filling to ur tart dough

@Roxxanne Hesman - Wa alaikom as salaam wa rahmatullah.
Try this one: 1 bottle tomato sauce, one bottle hot sauce if your choice (steers Peri peri is nice) and a bottle of Mrs balls original chutney. Mix all together in a big bowl. Heat up some oil, half a cup, then add 1 top mustard seeds, a handful of curry leaves and a tsp of jeera. Mustard seeds will start to pop. Remove the oil from heat and add to ur chutney mix. Stir through. That's ur samosa chutney. U can pour it all back into their original bottles.
