200 g mutton or chicken ¼ cup chana dhal ¼ oil dhal ¼ cup pea dhal ¼ cup pink dhal 1 tablespoon Masoor (Back lentils) 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 1 teaspoon gheero powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon red chillies 1 large onion 1 tomatoe 2 pcs cinamon stick ⅓ cup of oil 2 Elachi (cardomom) ¼ cup dhania (coriander) leaves ¼ spring onions choped few curry and mint leaves
braise heero and onions in ghee (Clarified butter) . oil till gold , add masala and meat and braise well , and add tomatoes and allow to blend in soak all lentils overnight .in morning wash lentils put to boil , in presure cooker , when done , set aside and blend in blender cook meat for 15 minutes . and add pureed lentils .cook till done . vagar - 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) , onion rings , 2 whole green chillies ,1 teaspoon gheero ½ teaspoon whole mustard seed , 1 teaspoon slivered garlic . braise till onions are gold add to pot and close tightly . add gharam masala and achaar masala before serving . garnish with chopped greens .
