chicken fillet in cubes marinate fresh ginger garlic salt red chillie masala .heat oil in a wok add marinated meat cook till water eveporates.I add about 2 small tomatos chopped and about 5 green chillies chopped..cook on low heat till meat is cooked.I garnished with fresh dhania (coriander) and spring onions
