My Simple Easy Style
Boil ⅓ cup pea or oil or gram dhal till soft not mushy u must be able to see the dhal drain and keep aside to coolFor the RotiUse2 cups Flour( Optional: 2 tablespoon Klim or any Milk powder) 2 tablespoon Oil and 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) melted together ½ teaspoon SaltRub flour salt and ghee (Clarified butter) oil mix then add 1 teaspoon slightly crushed whole Jeera1 teaspoon finely chopped Green Chilli (or use Chilli paste) Little Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Mix well with the Flour Now Add The drained dhal mix to the flour and then Add boiling water to make a soft dough Keep aside for 10 minutesRoll out saucer size rounds as for rotis Seko the Roti on a Tawa griddle or PanSERVING SUGGGESTIONTin Fish Chutney or any Meal that you prefer or just Achar in the Roti 😋😋Enjoy 😋
