RECIPE
¼ cup chana dhal½ cup white urad dhal (black gram lentil)½ pink Masoor (Back lentils) dhal⅔ cup yellow mughWash and soak for an hour
Add dhals to a pressure cooker with:Salt to taste1 teaspoon red chillie powder½ teaspoon turmericWaterPressure cook for 15 minutes
In a pan heat oilAddChopped onionFryThen add1 teaspoon cumin seedsDried red chilliesChopped green chillies
Add to dhal.Sprinkle ½ teaspoon garam masala over
Garnish with fresh coriander
