USE ANY VEGETABLE TO ADD IN CAULIFLOWER /BRINJAL / BOR/SOUR FIGS /PRUNES ETC
Little seeded Dates (100g)soaked in ½ Cup of vinegar for few hours and bring to boil Once cool place in food processor to blend it smooth
Keep aside Wash and drain 2 doz Carrots cut into Juliene Strips1 doz Slim Thin Green Beans cut into 2 or 3 pieces1 cucumber skin off mushy inner removed and cut into thin Juliene stripsHandful of Cut up Cabbage (STEAM IF YOU PREFER)Place on tray to dry out a bit
In a large Pot on stove HEAT+- 1 & ¼ Cup OilFew curry leaves Few Green ChilliMustard seeds Sesame SeedsLittle Jeera SeedsSomph seeds if you preferFew Slices of GarlicLet it Fry a bit NowAdd 1 Full cup Akalwaya Pickle Masala Add the Pureed Date mixture Stir 5minAdd All the veges mix wellAdd little Mustard sauce (¼ cup )Add little Mayonnaise (¼ Cup)NowIn a small bowl mix 3 tablespoon Mazina with little vinegar to make a paste (Add more Mazina if you prefer a thicker paste)Add to above cook further few minutesADJUST SALT ADd A little Sugar if too Sour mix well Remove from stove Allow to coolKeep in airtight container in Fridge
