Butter Hake & Wedges

Hake (cut into rounds- leave scraps for another dish)
Salt & pepper
Butter (as needed)
Aromat (a South African Spice)
Mc'Cain's frozen Butternut
Nando's chip spice
Season fish with salt, pepper and drizzle lemon juice.
Place in pan with butter and brown either side of fish and place on oven tray. Sprinkle a little Aromat (a South African Spice).
Place in oven to grill until cooked all the way through.
Microwave butternut and season. May make into mash.
Cut potatoes into wedges and fry until golden. Season with chip spice.
Fry fish skin until crispy.
Arrange as desired with pickled radish.
