salaams Mum's quick & easy bhajia - 1 packet Osman's Chili bite mix (has everything pre-mixed) - Add spices (a pinch to 1/2 a teaspoon of turmeric, salt and jeera - Mix all the dry ingredients together - Grate an onion and potato and squeeze out all the water and add to above mixture (onion could be braised in a little ghee for extra flavor) - Add dhania and shallot & any other greens of your choice (add a bit off green or piccalilli chutney ,to add flavor) - Use a little water to bind the mixture - Once mixture has been banded ,must fry in medium heat oil. - option :sweetcorn /cream style corn could be added to the mixture.
