This recipe was perfect! If anyone found the water too much, perhaps when measuring the flour they can try pressing out the air pocket in the cup first. I used a measuring cup and measured everything and it was the perfect consistency. Maybe just add to the tips section.

Absolutely loved making these rotis. I'm a very difficult person to work with in the kitchen. If I don't have exact quantities, I don't make it coz I'm unsure of how it will turn out and will spend all day trying to figure out what I did wrong.

I hated making rotis before this coz I couldn't pin point what I was doing wrong. This recipe covered everything right down to how much water is needed. They came out perfect and soft and puffed, and theystayed soft all day. I can't tell you if it was soft the next day coz it got wiped out the same day lol. But Def a keeper!
