@Nafisa - I would suggest using a recipe that is specifically no-churn. This recipe might develop icy flakes if it's not churned.
@Nafisa - You don't necessarily need a mixer. I just like to make the dough extra smooth. Sift the flour in and mix the heck out of it with a wooden spoon/ spatula :)
@Roche - Thanks for bringing it to my notice. It should be 1 cup flour.
