INGREDIENTS
3 packs Oreos (the long rolls)4 cups milk2 eggs1 can condensed milk 1 can Nestlé cream1 cup fresh cream
METHOD
1. Separate Oreos and remove cream from all.
2. Beat the Oreo cream in a large bowl until smooth. Add milk, eggs, Nestlé cream and condensed milk and beat. Bring to boil in a large pot. Remove from stove.
3. Whip up fresh cream and mix it in the ice cream mixture. Refrigerate until cold.
4. Churn ice cream mixture according to your ice cream machine instructions. Crush the Oreo biscuits as finely or roughly as you desire. As soon as the ice cream is done churning, mix in the crushed Oreos.
5. Freeze for at least 3-5 hours before eating to allow Oreos to soften and the flavors to meld into the ice cream.
INFO & TIPS
Add more Oreos if you wish.
