If I could give this recipe 7 stars I would! Excellent, got tons of compliments for this 1 :) I use half the butter and add 3 tbsp lemon juice to the icing to give it a slight tang, tastes amazing!

Slmz. I managed to get halaal gelatin @ Trade Route Mall. @ NK: you can find double cream @ woolies, its much thicker and tastier in dessert than normal whipping cream
