Red Velvet Cakes

INGREDIENTS

2 ½ cups flour1 ½ cups castor sugar1 teaspoon bicarb1 teaspoon cocoa1 teaspoon salt1 cup buttermilk2 eggs1 ½ cup oil1 teaspoon vinegar5 teaspoon crimson red coloring1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:1 cup cream cheese250g butter2 cups icing sugar1 teaspoon vanilla

METHOD

Mix flour,sugar,bicarb,cocoa and salt.In another bowl combine buttermilk,eggs,oil,vinegar,coloring.mix well.mix into flour.Bake for 15 minutes.
