JazakAllah for this recipe! First time ever that I haven’t flopped making this!!
I do it next to a main meal. I normally bake it, haven't tried frying it but I'm sure you can fry it.

Basically what it is, it's about half a tin of whole kernel corn, stir fried with a little butter, salt, pepper and aromat, just to give it it's own flavour. And then the yellow in the middle is cheese, instead of mixing the cheese in with everything else, you can leave it aside and when you forming your balls place it in the middle so it forms a cheesy center.
