With an Indian touch
Add a little oil or ghee (Clarified butter) in pot Add ¼ chopped onion ¼ teaspoon crushed red chilli flake ¼ teaspoon garlic ¼ robot capsicum chopped Braise Add your rice add 1 cup water Add 1Tblsp salt Let it steam till water dries out Enjoy TIP: Steam rice tint with tumeric Steam veges slightly. Or just your capsicum Optional is ¼ grated tomato add when you braising the ghee (Clarified butter) and onion and ¼ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
