-2 whole chicken fillets
-1 garlic clove (slit)
-salt to taste
-pepper to taste
-lemon pepper to taste
-orange pepper to taste
-½ bunch springonion(julienned)
-1 green pepper (julienned)
-1 firm fresh tomato (julienned)
-1 carrot (julienned)
-½ tin bamboo shoots in brine (drained)
-monosodium glutamate (Chinese salt)
-2 tablespoon light soy sauce
-1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
-2 tblspns nut oil or olive oil
-spring roll pur
1.)Boil chicken with garlic,salt and pepper,leave to cool then shred.
2.)warm oil in a wok,add the shredded chicken,soya sauce, worchestershire sauce,chinese salt,lemon and orange pepper, julienned veggies and stir fry.
Taste salt and pepper and add more if needed.
3.)fill in spring roll pur.
