1 ½ Cup Fried Noodles1 Cup Grated Carrot½ Cup green Cabbage½ cup red cabbage 1 big tomato chopped 1 small red onion sliced ¼ cup coriander chopped ¼ cup Green Pepper chopped ¼ cup Red pepper chopped 1/4th Cup Spring Onion Greens
For Sauce:-1 teaspoon Garlic finally chopped 1 tablespoon Red Chili Sauce 2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoon schezwan sauce 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce2 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon VinegarOnce the noodles are cooked, drain the water from noodles completely & drizzle 2 teaspoon of Oil so the noddles do not stick to each other.Once the noodles are cooled deep fryin oil over medium flame till crisp and golden in colour.In a bowl, add minced garlic, red chilly sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce,schezwan sauce,sugar,vinegar and mix well.In other bowl, add carrot,tomato,red onion,green and red pepper,red cabbage,green cabbage,some spring onion greens, fried noodles and above prepared sauce. Mix all the ingredients well. Garnish with spring onions and coriander. serve immediately. Enjoy 😊
