For the noodles:
-1 packet 2min noodles(curry flavour)
-stir fry mix of your choice
For the garlic stir fried rice;
-freshly ground garlic
-chopped dhania (coriander) and springonions
For the chilli lemon chicken:
-1 teaspoon butter
-6 southern fried chicken strips (I bought chicken strips from Royal and cut it into cubes)
-½ teaspoon freshly ground ginger
-¼ teaspoon freshly ground garlic
-3 tablespoon lemon juice
-5 tblspns tomato ketchup
-3 tblspns extra hot chilli sauce(red)
-1tblspn soya sauce
-salt to taste if needed
-sliced green chillies(optional)
-chopped dhania (coriander) and springonion for garnishing
1.)empty noodles and the curry seasoning in a saucepan,add the stir fry veg mix,cover with boiling water and boil for 2-3mins till water is evaporated. Transfer to serving dish.
1.)brown garlic in a bit of oil on high heat,add salt ,arad (Turmeric) and the mixed peppers,mix then add the boiled rice and stir fry. Transfer to serving dish and Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) and springonions.
1.)melt butter on medium heat,add the ginger and garlic,cook till browny then add the mixed peppers and sauces,add the chicken and mix well then transfer to serving dish and garnish with dhania (coriander),springonion,chilli and lemon.
