INGREDIENTS
1 cup chicken fillet cut into strips
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chicken spice
Pepper to taste
½ teaspoon green chillie/garlic paste
Vegas
1 carrot julienned
¼ of each red/ greenyellow peppers julienned
Handful of speared corn
5 shitake mushrooms sliced
¼ sliced cabbage
1 pack of fine egg noodles
Few tablespoon of sliced spring onions
Handful of roughly chopped cashew nuts
METHOD
Cook chicken strips in salt/pepper, green masala, Aromat (a South African Spice), chicken spice
Then add roughly chopped red onions, julienned carrots & coloured peppers, speared corn & shitake mushrooms.(use button mushrooms if u can't get shitake) can also add bean sprouts and sliced cabbage
Stirfry for a bit and add some veggie spice
Boil some fine egg noodles and add to chicken & veg. Sprinkle soya sauce & some Sriracha sauce
Lastly add spring onions and toasted cashew & sesame seeds. Serve piping hot
