Calistos Style Peri Peri Prawns

RECIPE

I made a marinade with: calesto peri peri sauce garlic sauce and fresh garlic thyme roberston fresh lemon juice and fresh grounded garlic green chutney red chillie powder and a little mayonise.
heat butter add marinated prawns cook on high heat pan fry.
I made lemon butter sauce and chopped fresh parsley pour over when serving

Lunch was sea food today ...i made calesto prawns made a new recipe up at the spur of the moment...and first time i tried cray fish a friend gave me the recipe....Jazakallah Sumaya Lunat ... i felt as a house wife today....tried to presnt all with pride Alhamdulilallah....every one enjoyed the meal shukr.tryg a new recipe for prawns can be a gamble at times.....
