Jalapeno sauce: -7 jalapenos -1 green pepper -crushed green chilli to taste -1 teaspoon salt -3 teaspoon lemon juice -1 teaspoon vinegar -1 teaspoon brown sugar -1 tin nestle extra thick cream -3tbplsns single cream
Springroll filling: -2 cups chicken fillet(finely cubed) -2 teaspoon green masala -1 teaspoon salt -1 tablespoon butter -1 teaspoon lemon juice -1 ¼ cup jalapeno sauce -3 tblspns crystal hot sauce -finely chopped dhania (coriander) -2 to 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
Other: -Spring roll pur -beaten eggs -breadcrumbs OR crushed cornflakes
Jalapeno sauce: 1.)cut,wash and boil the jalapeno and green pepper in salted water till soft. Remove from water and leave to cool. When cooled down add the lemon juice,vinegar,green chilli,sugar and double cream and liquidize. Lastly mix in the nestle extra thick cream and keep sauce aside. 2.)cook the chicken cubes in butter with salt,lemon juice and green masala,leave to cool. Once cooled down,add the crystal hot sauce,jalepeno sauce,dhania (coriander) and cheese,mix well then fill in pur. 3.)dip in egg and breadcrumbs OR crushed cornflakes and freeze.
