INGREDIENTS
1 x 410g peaches (reserve syrup)
1 small sponge cake
1 packet instant pudding (vanilla)
450ml cold milk
250ml whipped cream
grated chocolate (with nuts or peppermint)
METHOD
Cut cake in blocks & arrange in large glass bowl.
Pour peach syrup over cake. Cover with peach
slices. Add instant pudding (prepared with cold
milk). Lastly, decorate with whipped cream
rosettes. Sprinkle chocolate over. Chill until
ready to serve.
