INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken fillet
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon chopped onions
1 - 2 green chillies - chopped
4 tablespoon self raising flour
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon origanum
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 level teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Cube chicken into bite sized pieces
Mix all ingrediants
leave in fridge for +/- 2 hrs
deep fry in medium/hot oil till golden brown..
