RECIPE
1 kg bor washed and boiled for 5 -10 minutes in 1 tablespoon salt waterDrain cool
For Syrup
Make a syrup with 2 ½ - cups sugar (Brown is preferred) if not white 1 ½ cup vinegarBring to boil for 10 minutes(The syrup will not be thick )Keep aside
In a separate pot add ¼ cup oilLittle mustard seedsSesame seeds optional ½ to ¾ cup akalwayas pickle masalaBraise few minutesAdd to the cooled drained BorNow add the syrup little by little to the consistency that you requireSome prefer watery some likeIt less syrup(Adjust salt and sugar to your preference can be added last also and you can add more syrup)Cool bottle keep refrigeratedEnjoy
