5 medium potatoes
Half a bunch of parsley(curly or flat )
Half a bunch of dhania (coriander)
3 slices of bread soaked in water
1 flat teaspoon Nutmeg
Peel and boil whole potatoes till half done.
Cool and drain water
Finely chop herbs
Squeeze out excess water from bread, add to potato mix
Add eggs and spices
Mix with hands till all ingredients are combined.
Shallow fry on medium heat by dropping spoonfuls and flattening them in the pan to create a potato patty.
I served with rice, frikkadel and tomato gravy.
