Coffee cake Recipe credit: unknown Tried and tasted by: @kulsoom_r 3 large eggs 3⁄4 cup sugar 125g soften butter 1⁄2 cup milk 2 teaspoon Nescafé coffee diluted in 1 tablespoon boiling water 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 1⁄2 cup sifted flour 3 teaspoon baking powder
Method: Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy. Add the soften butter and beat well. Add milk, vanilla essence and coffee and beat again. Add in sifted flour and beat for 3-5 minutes. Lastly add in baking powder and beat for 45 seconds. Pour into a well greased pan and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Glacé icing Place the following in a bowl whisk and combine until creamy. 2 teaspoon Nescafé coffee in 1 tablespoon of boiling water 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup sifted icing sugar Spoon icing over and decorate as desired.
