Salami Salsa Pides

Use any of your favourite pizza dough
Arabic dough, any yeast dough,self rising dough etc.
Break of pieces & roll into oval shape.
Roll the sides up towards the centre & pinch the ends together. bake in oven for 7 minutes. remove & cool on wire
Use all the sauces you have in fridge mixed a nice amount of mayo & homemade chutney.
or use a cooked tomatoe chutney choice yours.
For the salsa u will need chopped tomatoes chopped onions green pepper grated & water squeezed out
flavour with some salt, pepper & some mixed herbs. Mix everything together.
Smear the sauce in to the pre baked Pide shells
Place the salami
Arrange the salsa over
Cover with cheese
Bake until done.
