I am a working mother and often have a hard

INGREDIENTS
250g Cake Flour
125g Butter/ Margirine
1 Extra Large Egg Yolk
1 Medium Egg for Egg wash on Pastry
METHOD
1. Place all pastry ingredients in
Blender and
pulse until dough is tougher
2. Remove and Knead lightly then shape
into a ball
and cover with and allow to settle in
Fridge for ½
an hour
3. Roll on floured surface to ½ a cm
thickness
4. When baking in oven allow to bake for
30 minutes.
INFO & TIPS
- This can be used for pies, tarts and
any kind of
pastry based savouries.
