INGREDIENTS
Potato cutlets
8 big potatoes boiled mashed then add the following spices to your mashed potatoes:
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon Kashmir
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin)
3 chicken fillet shredded and cooked in your favourite spices
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 cup cheese
1 cup peas
Eggs beaten
Bread crumbs
Coriander
METHOD
Mix everything together
Make golf size balls and then flatten
Dip in eggs and cover with bread crumbs
Shallow fry till nice and golden brown
