INGREDIENTS
1 liter full cream milk155g dessert cream 4 tablespoon sugar (or more to taste)4 tablespoon Firdous Bubblegum milkshake syrup1 teaspoon falooda powder (a.k.a china grass/ agar-agar powder)
Optional Toppings:Whipped creamRainbow sprinklesMini marshmallowsRainbow candy strips
METHOD
1. Put milk, cream and sugar in pot and whisk until almost to boil, then add falooda powder.2. Continue whisking, add syrup and mix in.3. Bring the liquid to a boil, allowing the falooda powder to activate. 4. Remove from heat and allow to cool a little.5. Pour into shot glasses.6. Allow to set 2-3 hours and decorate as desired.
Note: You may use a bubblegum essence and colorinf if you like in place of the syrup.
