INGREDIENTS
2 c full cream milk
1.5 teaspoon China grass powder (use 2 teaspoon if you'd like a more firmer texture)
3 TB Dadda's Rose Syrup (more or less depending on your preference)
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan,and mix well to combine.
Bring to a rolling boil. Keep stirring and boil for about 10 minutes. (Adjust heat to prevent burning)
Turn off heat,and transfer to a suitable dish (after mix has cooled slightly)
Once lukewarm leave to chill in the fridge and serve once set,Enjoy!
INFO & TIPS
Use any Rose Syrup of your choice,this brand has a lovely flavour.
