INGREDIENTS
1kg green chilli chopped in processor 1kg crushed garlic 2 dish up spoons salt 1 cup oil ¼ cup lemon juice
METHOD
Add everything to processor and blend it u can make it fine or leave abit coarse ....This masala is great to use to add chilli flavor to food and great to use when making samosa mince you can add extra oil when you bottle it to keep it fresh
INFO & TIPS
To make Kuri masala u can add a bunch of dhania to this and add some whole jeero process all in machine and freeze blocks to make Kuri blocks add blocks of masala to Kuri as u need to taste
