Mini mochachos burgers 🍔

2 Chicken fillets cut into 4 pieces (slit in the middle length wise and then in ½) wash & drained.
In pot put 2 tablespoon butter, then add chicken, 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon Machachos lemon & herb spice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix well. Cook till done on low.

Cut roll in ½. On the roll put ½ teaspoon cream o naise, a small piece of lettuce and then chicken and a dot of cream o naise again. Enjoy. 😊
