2 Chicken fillets cut into 4 pieces (slit in the middle length wise and then in 1⁄2) wash & drained. In pot put 2 tablespoon butter, then add chicken, 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste, 1⁄2 teaspoon salt, 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon Machachos lemon & herb spice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix well. Cook till done on low.
Cut roll in 1⁄2. On the roll put 1⁄2 teaspoon cream o naise, a small piece of lettuce and then chicken and a dot of cream o naise again. Enjoy. 😊 Rolls made with Arabic dough.
