INGREDIENTS
500g chicken mince.1 teaspoon green chillies 1 teaspoon garlic and garlic. Juice of half a lemon. 1 slice of bread soaked in water. 1 tablespoon ground jeeru (cumin). .
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients. Form into cutlets. Roll in breadcrumbs. Dip in egg and fry in shallow oil.
