INGREDIENTS
First part
100 gr dairy milk chocolate
3 teaspoon sugar
300 ml milk
2 teaspoon China grass powder mix with very little water.
250 ml fresh cream
2 teaspoon cocoa powder
Second part
100 gr milky bar chocolate
3 teaspoon sugar
300 ml milk
2 teaspoon China grass powder mix with very little water.
250 ml fresh cream
METHOD
First part
Melt together 100 gr dairy milk chocolate, 3 teaspoon sugar and 300 ml milk.
Mix 2 teaspoon China grass powder in very little water then add to milk mixture and boil.
Then add in 250 ml fresh cream and 2 teaspoon cocoa powder and boil again.
Pour in mould and allow to set.
Second part
Melt together 100 gr milky bar chocolate, 3 teaspoon sugar and 300 ml milk.
Mix 2 teaspoon China grass powder in very little water then add to milk mixture and boil.
Then add in 250 ml fresh cream and boil again.
Let cool little bit then
Pour over brown layer and allow to set.
Unmould before serving

There are 2 parts to this dessert therefore 2 different sets of recipes.
Please read carefully
First part has dairy milk choc (brown) and 2 tsp Cocoa powder.
The second part has milky bar choc (white)
And NO cocoa powder.
