INGREDIENTS
1 packet Woolworths Smokey Bbq Nachos (SANHA approved) OR mini tortillas flash fried till crispy.Baby plum tomatoes (halved)
Guacamole-1 avocado 1 tablespoon lime juice1 teaspoon saltPinch sugar
Beef-250g beef (stripped)½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon crushed black pepper½ teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo powderPinch turmeric powder1 tablespoon brown vinegar½ teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon tomato sauce1 tablespoon mustard sauce1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon oil
Cheese Sauce-30g butter1 can evapourated milk2 tablespoon cake flour1 cup grated gouda/cheddar cheese4 cubes melrose cheese2 teaspoon Soul fire/ tobasco sauceSalt (to taste)
METHOD
Guacamole-Remove skin from avocado. Dice up. Toss with lime juice, salt & sugar and mash.
Beef-Marinate beef strips.Heat oil in pan.Add strips & cook till tender.
Sauce-Heat butter and milk.Add flour and whisk in till smooth.Heat and allow to thicken till a pouring sauce forms.Add salt to taste. Then both cheeses.Mix into sauce.
Assembly-Spoon guacamole on Nacho.Place on a beef strip.Top with tomato half.Drizzle sauce over before serving.
