3 potatoes 🥔 boiled and mashed with a dash of milk & 1 teaspoon butter.½ tin whole kernal corn 🌽 drained1 cup cheese gratedSpring onions finely choppedSalt, pepper and chilli powder to taste1 egg
Mix all ingredients. Form golf size balls. Dip in egg and crumbs. Fry till golden. Serve hot. Enjoy.
